CSA Memberships

CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture," which means that when you purchase a farm share, you get to join us in both the risk and the bounty of what we produce! You'll purchase your share before the season starts, we'll know how much to grow, and we'll eat well together all season long. Full shares are for 20 weeks. Main season shares for 2024 are available now!

Seasonal Farm Store

On our farm you can expect to see lots of seasonal variety! You can purchase in our farm store, which is open May through November.  When you visit, you can look forward to:

SPRING: beets,  spinach, kale, radishes, arugula, carrots, lettuce

SUMMER: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squash, herbs, strawberries, melons, sweet corn

FALL: lettuce, beets, radish, swiss chard, carrots, onions, turnips, pumpkins

And much more!  We update our social media often with the availability of pasture raised beef, lamb, pork, and chicken.

Pastured Eggs

We raise a variety of egg layers that produce beautiful brown (and sometimes green and blue!) eggs.  All of our birds are raised on pasture (except for the coldest days of winter) and supplemented with locally grown, non-GMO feed. We intentionally chose hardy American breeds that do well on pasture and participate in our soil building system!  We think you'll notice the difference of locally raised, fresh eggs when you crack them open.  Eggs available seasonally in our on-farm store.

Pastured Pork

Our pigs are a cross between Idaho Pasture Pigs and Kunekune.  These breeds are exceptional on pasture and we enjoy their help in building our soil's ecosystem.  They each receive most of their diet from fresh pasture forage and farm leftovers with a small amount of non-GMO, locally grown feed added.  Check out this publication on the nutritional value of pasture raised pigs.

Pasture Raised Beef

Our beef cattle are raised on grass on our farm in Westminster. They spend their days grazing and socializing (during the summer you can often catch a look at them driving along Lemmon Rd). Beef will be available in fall of 2023. You can e-mail us to join our interest list.

Pasture Raised Chicken

Our chickens grow on pasture and non-GMO feed and stay healthy through daily moves to fresh grass. In spring, summer, and fall, we strive to have fresh, never frozen chicken available in our farm store.
